Setting up a Pay Class with Premium Time

The Premium Time tab allows you to assign premium time zones to the selected Pay Class. Premium zones can be assigned to the Pay Class or to a shift. If a premium zone is assigned to both the pay class and shift, the premium zone assigned to the shift will be used in the calculations. Please NotePremium Time is only available to the Enterprise version of PayClock Online.

1. Select Setup from the navigation list.
2. Select Pay Class from the slide out menu.
3. Choose the pay class you wish to work with in the list.  If you need to set up a new pay class select + New.
4. Configure the desired settings for the Pay Class.
5. Go to the Premium Time tab.
6. Select the premium time zone(s) you wish to assign to the Pay Class. If you need to create a new premium time zone use the + New button.
7. Once complete select Save.
